Feeling anxious? Mind racing? Stuck in a fear or habit that just won’t shift?
It can feel relentless, but it doesn’t have to be your normal.
No weird stuff. No gimmicks.
Just a calm, down to earth way to help adults and young people feel more in control, more confident, and more like themselves again.

Hi, I’m Sarah.
I support adults and young people who are struggling with anxiety, overthinking, or fears that feel overwhelming.
It might be a constant worry, a racing mind, or avoiding things that used to feel manageable.
For children and teens, these worries can grow quickly, and as a parent, it can feel hard to know how to help.
I offer a calm, supportive space to help you (or your child) feel more at ease and move forward.
