Welcome to my therapy practice! I'm Sarah, and I'm honoured to be a part of your journey towards healing and growth. Here's a little bit about who I am and how I can support you:

Who Am I?

I'm a fully qualified and insured Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strengths. I specialise in helping women to break those embarrassing, stressful, and life limiting habits such as thumb sucking, nail biting, skin picking, and hair pulling. I understand how difficult it can be to break a lifelong habit, I’ve been there myself. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping to make the necessary mind and behavioural adjustments to go out there and do whatever it is you want to do, you are capable!!!

I can also help with lots of other anxiety-related issues, phobias, and much more. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, as I believe in creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

My Journey

My journey to this point has been filled with twists, turns, and unexpected discoveries. From my early days as an event manager to finally discovering my true passion in life and qualifying as a clinical hypnotherapist, each experience has shaped me into the person I am today.

As a busy Mum to 2 daughters (a teen and a preteen) I understand how difficult it can be to keep all those plates spinning, but after working on myself I’ve found that I don’t always have to feel overwhelmed and burnt out, there is a better way! I've learned valuable lessons not only about the best way to help others but also how to enhance my own life and that of my family, I’ve discovered strengths I never knew I had and would love to share this with you.

My Approach

In my practice, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, recognising that no two individuals are alike. Whether we're working through managing stress and anxiety or improving communication in relationships, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective therapy that promotes healing and personal growth.

  • Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Dip CBH) from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy

  • Diploma in Paediatric Hypnotherapy (Dip HYP Paediatrics) from The International Society of Paediatric Hypnotherapists

  • MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) - Mindfulness UK

  • CNHC registered - Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council 

  • NCH registered - National Council of Hypnotherapy
